The quality and production value of tires are directly affected by the quality and output of plastics produced by the rubber compounding plant. It is crucial to ensure that the rubber compounding equipment operates properly. My branch currently has 16 large-scale plastic mixing production lines. Each production line is equipped with an internal mixer, a tablet press, and a film cooling device. The motor power of the mixer and tablet press of our factory is from 55KW to 240KW, and all the winding AC asynchronous motors are used. The starting method is the traditional rotor current limiting start (rotor loop series frequency sensitive rheostat control). In the actual production and operation process, the electrical control part has more failures. If a single tablet press fails, it will directly lead to the shutdown of the entire production line, which will seriously affect the unit's operating rate, restrict the completion of the production plan, and reduce the company's output. In May 1994, after the research and phased trial of the brushless variable resistance starter by our branch, it was confirmed that the technical requirements for reducing the motor starting current can be achieved and the consumption of spare parts can be reduced. Since 1996, our branch has gradually reconstructed nearly 30 winding AC induction motors, all of which have changed to brushless variable resistance starters. Hard tooth gear reducer with well-design structure, low noise, high efficiency and long service life. The mixing shaft is made of nickel & chrome alloy steel. The high abrasion part is additional welded with imported anti abrasion welding rod, then electroplating with hard chrome which is more durable.The main mixing chamber is whole set casting by high anti abrasion alloy steel, after special dealing then electroplating with hard chrome.The anti leakage unit of side wall is made of high-tech material which is wear-resisting and easy to maintain. [M" shape of the pressure gland which make the mixing more thorough and even.  The main motor ampere meter is installed in the electrical control panel, under normal running, when the pressure of the mixing chamber is too big, the current exceeds the set value, the connector will automatically adjust the gland`s up and down via the magnetic valve to remit the pressure of the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is bigger, the diameter of the air cylinder is bigger and gear reducer is also bigger, which enhance the mixing effect,save mixing time and also save the cost.
