The main forming methods of rubber hose are coreless method and coreless method (including soft core method and hard core method).
Rubber tube coreless forming, the equipment is extrusion molding machine (commonly used screw extruder), the structural layer and the outer rubber layer are directly formed on the extruded inner rubber tube. The rubber is stirred, mixed, plasticized and compacted in the barrel by the placement of the extrusion screw, and then moves towards the die direction. Finally, the product of a certain shape is extruded from the die. The former is fed with the strip preheated by the open-type rubber mixer, and the latter is fed with the rubber which is not heated.
Single Fiber Braid Reinforcement Rubber Hose

WORKING TEMPERATURE: from -40℃ up to +100℃
