Plastic Injection Molding Machine with rotary
Suitable for all kinds of engineering plastic parts` molding, this machine, equipped with a fixed bottom platen and a movable upper platen to position insertion well, is able to improve efficiency and safety of operation. The rotary table can be turned by 180 degrees in a horizontal plate. It is very convenient and efficient for the take-in and take-out process. It is widely applied in various industries to produce all types of plastic insert moulded products like bolt security seal, plastic tea strainer, led bulb, power cord and kitchen knife handle. Our products are high in performance, compact in size and require minimum maintenance.
Features & Applications:
1. Rotary table makes a 180-degree horizontal rotation, which enables operator to take off product or insert accessory at the same place, easy and efficient.
2. Rotary table locked by steady pin, ensure it will stop at a precise position, so that upper mold and under mold will clamping accurately.
3. The rotary table platen is controlled by independent Servo motor, it has high positioning accuracy as 0.002 degree.
4. Auxiliary Equipment for taking-off product and inserting accessory, can be customerized, to achieve fully automatic production.
5. General rotary table with 2 stations, 3/ 6 stations are optional for higher efficiency improved.

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.
c) What`s the order procedure?
A: 1. First we discuss order details, production details by e-mail or online consultation (Wechat / WhatsApp).
2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.
3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.
4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.
5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.
d) How do you control quality through production process?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the semi-finished goods before they go into next step production process.
e) How do you handle when your clients received defective products?
